Former WT wide out Martin fails to make Charger squad

Former West Texas A&M star wide receiver Charly Martin has been cut by the San Diego Chargers.
Martin was on the bubble after being second on the team in receptions (7) through the four preseason games. Martin ends his preseason with seven catches for 88 yards with a long of 17.

Former PD stoundout Crosslin among Cowboy's cuts

Former Palo Duro running back Julius Crosslin was among the Dallas Cowboy's 23 roster moves to put them at the NFL-mandated 53-man roster.
The Cowboys waived 22 players and placed Stephen Hodge on IR, putting the total roster count at 52.
Crosslin had nine carries for 42 yards to lead the team in rushing in Friday's 35-31 victory over Minnesota.

According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch former West Texas A&M quarterback Keith Null has won the No. 3 quarterback job for the St. Louis Rams.

Quarterback Brock Berlin was cut by the St. Louis Rams, so barring an unexpected addition to the Rams QB corps, rookie Keith Null has won the battle for the No. 3 quarterback position with the Rams.

I was shocked to find out the Texans, a team who has yet to finish above .500, is the sixth most valuable franchise in the NFL. Pittsburgh, or as some are calling them now: Sixburgh, is right in the middle of the list at No. 16. For a team with six rings, they aren't very flashy.
